There were some recipes that I couldn’t find ingredients for, but it is very easy to sub out the provided meal for an alternative within the app. I suggest, if you’re not a fan of “fancy ingredients” or complicated meals, to set up your account to choose “easy meals, under 30 mins”. Now to the positive stuff, I am so excited to eat every day. So far the only negative thing I have to say is that the mug cake recipe is missing the measurements of ingredients. They formulate the meals to balance the macro nutrients each day. I agree I would like to be able to add my own calories to the app, but the idea of the app is to follow the meal plan provided and not deviate from it. I was hesitant when I read some bad reviews.
